General Questions

We'll reply to you as soon as possible regarding your application; it should take us a maximum of one day.

We utilize the admin fee to maintain our system infrastructure and support our daily operations. We strive to keep it as low as possible to ensure affordability for all users.

Our primary payment methods include Cash on Delivery, Wire Transfer and Payment via GCash (coming soon). We encourage users to utilize these free payment methods to avoid additional transaction fees. However, when necessary, we also support PayPal and Stripe (disabled by default). Users will be responsible for completing the application process for these payment methods.

For each product, ensure you fill out the metadata title, keywords, and description fields provided to optimize search engine visibility.

The dashboard offers a high-level overview of your website's transactions. For a more detailed breakdown, you can navigate to the Reporting page.

In the Settings menu, you have the option to create a role and allocate specific permissions to it. Once defined, you can then create a user and assign them to that role.

You can navigate to Settings > Themes and select the Configuration tab.
